About The Position
The YMCA of Downtown Manchester is looking for an energetic, outgoing customer service driven individual to join our Welcome Center Team. Our membership team creates positive relationships with individuals and families, shares information about our Y programs and helps prospective new members learn the benefits of the Y!
Requirements
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pay close attention to detail.
- Must be dependable.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have the ability to be the front face of the YMCA.
Responsibilities
- Creates positive relationships with individuals and families.
- Shares information about Y programs.
- Helps prospective new members learn the benefits of the Y.
