Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal or medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when dealing with injured or distressed clients
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems, including MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • Personal injury law experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate
  • legal CRM software (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist clients in both Spanish and English, in person and over the phone
  • Answer high-volume calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages for attorneys and staff
  • Translate basic client information and conversations for non-Spanish speaking team members
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the attorney and case manager calendar, as needed.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, incoming faxes, deliveries, and maintain a polished and organized reception area
  • Support case managers and legal staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide a calm, confident, and professional presence for clients who are often injured, scared, or in an emergency.
