Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated customer service experience

Handles multiple responsibilities with ease and greets every visitor with a warm and welcoming attitude

Responsibilities

Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
Greet and direct all campus visitors
Manage mail: Receive and distribute incoming and internal mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as outgoing mail, including HP mail to proper POAs as needed or instructed; prepare labels for IL mail boxes as residents admit or withdraw or move to another level of care
Maintain POA label binder as needed
Communicate effectively among all departments across campus
Manage all Guest Suite reservations; track and send invoicing to Billing Department
Monitor fire and medical alarms
Assist residents with copies, if needed
