Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Staff and manage the Welcome Center, greeting and assisting visitors and residents
- Answer and direct incoming calls; manage mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects
- Monitor fire and medical alarms and report incidents to the appropriate departments
- Conduct wellness rounds by walking the independent living areas
