About The Position
Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett is hiring Weekend Warrior Wellness Nurses (LPNs) to join their Assisted Living community. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a nursing position that offers weekdays off, allowing for supplemental income, balancing other commitments, or simply preferring a weekend-only schedule. The position involves working two 12-hour shifts each weekend, providing exceptional care to seniors in a supportive, resident-focused environment. Requirements
- Active Tennessee LPN license required
- Ability to work weekend 12-hour shifts
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for serving seniors
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health and wellness
- Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning
- Support caregivers and medication aides
