About The Position

Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett is hiring Weekend Warrior Wellness Nurses (LPNs) to join their Assisted Living community. This part-time, weekend-only role offers the opportunity to work just two 12-hour shifts each weekend, providing exceptional care to seniors. It's ideal for those looking to supplement income, balance commitments, or prefer a weekend-only schedule. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents and families in a supportive, resident-focused environment, distinct from hospital or skilled nursing settings.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LPN license required
• Ability to work weekend 12-hour shifts
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for serving seniors

Nice To Haves

• Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health and wellness
• Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Support caregivers and medication aides
