About The Position
Beloved Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Warrior RN/LPNs to join their clinical team in Hannibal, Missouri. They offer opportunities for both full-time and part-time weekend shifts, emphasizing a supportive and respectful work environment for nurses. The role involves providing exceptional care and comfort to residents, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and cared for, while working collaboratively with a nursing team.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN/LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for caring for seniors
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, medical-surgical, or geriatric nursing
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes
- Supporting and guiding CNA/care staff
- Completing accurate charting and documentation
- Assisting with admissions and discharges
- Maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and safety
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
