About The Position
Immanuel Communities at Newport House in Omaha, NE, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our exceptional long‑term care team. Our community, located at 6798 North 67th Plaza, includes 24 skilled nursing/rehabilitation suites and 72 long‑term care suites designed to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care. This position offers competitive pay—up to $47.28/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in and assisted living or skilled care community or related experience is required.
- Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Assure the residents are cared for mentally, spiritually and in health.
- Ensuring the residents are safe and free from pain or abuse and treated with dignity and respect.
