Weekend Warrior Server $18-$19/hr (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server to join our team at Pinnacle Groves located in Rogers, AR. This is a full-time position with a starting wage of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. The role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing tables and meals, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to assist residents with mobility and ensure a safe environment is also crucial. This position requires criminal clearance.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
- Buss tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals.
