Weekend Server $18-$20/hr (Part-Time)
About The Position
Our starting wage for Weekend Warrior Servers is: $18.00-$20.00 per hour! We are looking for someone to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, a Titan of Tidiness, and an "Appetite Anthropologist." This role involves greeting residents and making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. It also includes prepping tables for service, salads, and rolling silverware. Bussing tables and sweeping floors are also part of the role, contributing to the community's appearance. Additionally, you will communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Criminally cleared

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome

- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Assist persons after a fall
