About The Position

We are looking for a Weekend Warrior Server to join our team at The Crestone Senior Living. This role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing tables and meals, maintaining tidiness in the dining area, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. The ideal candidate will be at least sixteen years old, able to communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This position also requires assisting residents with mobility and ensuring they are cleared criminally. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees! Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
Positive and energetic attitude
Active: requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
Able to assist persons after a fall
Criminally cleared

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain
Foster an environment where residents can connect
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware
Bus tables
Sweep floors
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals
