About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server to join our team at The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, Arkansas. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour and a shift schedule of Friday through Monday, from 7 am to 2 pm. The role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing tables and meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
