About The Position

The Weekend Warrior Server position is a part-time role at The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, Arkansas, managed by Arrow Senior Living. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents
Positive and energetic attitude
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
Must be criminally cleared

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect
Prep tables for service
Prep salads for meals
Roll silverware
Buss tables
Sweep floors
