About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18-$20 per hour and a shift schedule of Friday to Monday, 9 am to 5 pm. The role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing for meal services, and maintaining tidiness in the dining area. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years old, proficient in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall support is also required, along with criminal clearance.

Requirements

• At least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
