The Weekend Supervisor, RN oversees nursing services for an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations and facility policies. Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of direct care experience as an RN in long-term, restorative, or geriatric settings.
• At least 1 year of nursing management experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Meet all state licensing requirements with no disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct nursing services for the assigned unit while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Make staffing assignments, encourage professional development, and review documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Oversee resident assessments and ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Address grievances and report them promptly to the Director of Nursing.
