About The Position
The RN Weekend Supervisor leads weekend operations at a long-term care/skilled care community in Beech Grove, Indiana. This supervisory-only role does not take a floor assignment. The supervisor guides, mentors, and supports the nursing team, provides clinical support, helps resolve issues, and promotes quality care and smooth operations. The position offers a consistent weekend schedule, leaving weekdays free, and includes weekend and supervisor shift differentials.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Indiana.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and a sense of humor.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to support high-quality care and smooth operations.
