About The Position
The RN Weekend Supervisor provides supervisory leadership for weekend operations at a long-term care/skilled care community in Liberty, Indiana. This is a supervisory-only position with no floor assignment. The supervisor guides, mentors, and supports the nursing team, provides clinical support, and helps ensure high-quality resident care and smooth operations. The role offers a consistent weekend schedule, leaving weekdays free, and includes weekend and supervisor shift differentials.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Indiana.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and sense of humor.

- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and smooth operations.
