Weekend Directional Service is seeking reliable independent contractors to place and pick up temporary directional signs on local routes. This remote opportunity is intended for applicants who live in or near the listed ZIP code. The work can be completed independently in a few hours each weekend, with routes generally involving 30–60 signs and taking approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours once familiar with the area. Installers use their own vehicle and smartphone, follow provided Google Maps routes and/or placement lists, and store signs safely between weekends. Routes may be completed in any order within the specified time windows. Starting pay is $70–$125 per weekend, with the opportunity to earn more by taking on additional routes; the posting also states that the average installer makes approximately $300 per weekend. Training is provided by video and manager support. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not employee work. Contractors are responsible for their fuel, expenses, taxes, and insurance; there are no benefits or guaranteed hours. Contractors may accept or decline routes but must complete routes they commit to.
