Weekend Route Driver and Labor
About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring part-time weekend team members in Greensboro, NC. Team members work 2–3 shifts per week, with each shift lasting 8–12 hours, and must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The role offers $19–$23 per hour, including base pay, tips, and bonuses, with weekly pay and paid training. Employees work in teams of two to provide on-site estimates and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses. Items are sorted for donation, recycling, or disposal. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for commercial insurance requirements.

Responsibilities
- Inspect the truck and participate in a morning huddle at the start of the shift.
- Work in a two-person team in a company truck.
- Provide on-site estimates to customers.

- Stay in contact with the operations team throughout the day.
