About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Route Drivers and Laborers to join its truck team. The role combines driving, junk removal labor, customer service, sales, and marketing. Drivers learn to safely operate Isuzu NPR/NQR/NRR trucks; identify items suitable for donation or recycling; expand sales knowledge and close leads; promote the brand; and safely navigate, load, and unload. No CDL is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a 3–5 day work week. The stated all-in pay is $25–$30+ per hour, including tips and bonuses on every paycheck. Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Confident communicator.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Able to work weekends.
• Working cell phone with the ability to download multiple apps.
