About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring part-time weekend team members in Raleigh, NC. Employees work 2–3 shifts per week, with shifts lasting 8–12 hours, and must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The role involves working outdoors in teams of two to provide on-site estimates and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses. Team members sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal and stay in contact with the operations team throughout the day. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old for commercial insurance.
• Valid driver’s license; no CDL required.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years with no major violations.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and solid communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the truck and participate in the morning huddle at the start of each shift.
• Travel in a team of two in a company truck.
• Provide on-site estimates and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Stay in contact with the operations team throughout the day.
