About The Position

The Route Driver and Labor role involves working in two-person teams to collect customers’ unwanted items from homes and properties. The workday begins with a commercial vehicle inspection and a morning meeting. Employees provide customers with detailed estimates or quotes and final pricing, then transport collected items for responsible disposal through recycling, donation, and waste-management facilities. Teams maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day. The role offers full-time, part-time, or weekend schedules, with paid training and performance-based profit sharing.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age, as required for commercial truck insurance.
Possess a valid driver’s license; a CDL is not required.
Have a clean driving history for three years, with no points, suspensions, or violations.
Have a positive, friendly attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
