Weekend RN Supervisor - Baylor Program
About The Position
Peter Becker Community is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Baylor Program as RN Supervisor. This unique opportunity is designed for nurses who prefer working weekends and want the stability of a predictable schedule while earning additional compensation and full-time benefits. The Baylor Program offers a schedule where you work every Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM, working 48 hours per pay period and getting paid for 60 hours. This role provides clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance. You will support and coach nursing staff, promote positive resident outcomes, collaborate with various stakeholders, and respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations. Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong Leadership, Clinical, and Communication Skills
- Passion for Serving Older Adults
- Ability to Lead and Support Nursing Staff During Weekend Operations
Nice To Haves
- Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
