About The Position

Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring an RN Baylor Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and help ensure exceptional care and the health, comfort, and well-being of residents. The role includes oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The Baylor schedule is 24 hours per week, paid as 32 hours, with listed shifts of 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. The organization describes its workplace as supportive and collaborative, with comprehensive training and mentorship, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. Requirements

Valid state nursing license.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities
