About The Position

Diversicare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide resident care in a weekend Baylor schedule. Baylor Nurses work 24 hours on weekends and are paid for 30 hours. The role supports residents’ well-being through clinical care and daily nursing operations, while offering opportunities for career progression, education, and professional development. Nurses work with a supportive team of healthcare professionals and may develop leadership skills by supervising CNAs.

Requirements

• Hold a current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Collaborate effectively with residents, physicians, and fellow staff members.
• Meet prescribed nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents and support their lives and well-being.
• Manage daily nursing operations, including medication administration and promoting residents’ optimal functioning.
• Supervise CNAs to help ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development.
