About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse for coverage in Mt. Dora and Lake County, Florida. This modified full-time, PRN weekend opportunity is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday and offers a pay-per-visit model of $48–$52 per visit, plus Medicare and weekend differentials. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and consistent patient volume is supplied. Territories are designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling.

The role offers flexibility and autonomy: the RN builds and manages a daily schedule, provides one-to-one patient care, and works without a required on-call rotation or traditional hospital shifts. The position includes structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities. AI-assisted charting and the WellSky/Kinnser EMR are used to streamline documentation.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience required.
• Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient and caregiver education.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools.
• Build and manage a daily schedule and caseload.
