Location: 516 Mount Hope Avenue, Bangor, Maine, 04401 - What You'll Do: As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
