About The Position
South Hills Post Acute is hiring a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead clinical operations during the weekend day shift at its 160-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. The role offers a choice of 8- or 12-hour shifts and a salary of $95,000–$97,000. The supervisor oversees nursing care across all units, coordinates staffing and call-offs, supports nurses and CNAs with clinical issues, and addresses admissions and family concerns. The position works under the Director of Nursing’s supervision and keeps the DON informed to help ensure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. The role is supported by an experienced team and offers opportunities to pursue professional growth and pick up PRN shifts at other facilities in the regional network.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience in long-term care.
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience.
