RN SUP, 2nd Shift
About The Position
Monroeville Post Acute is hiring an RN Supervisor for the second shift at its 131-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. The RN Supervisor provides direct nursing care to residents by rounding, assessing, and documenting their current condition, and supervises the day-to-day activities of nurses and certified nursing assistants. Working under the Director of Nursing, the supervisor helps ensure that care meets current state, federal, and local standards. The role is supported by an experienced, tenured clinical team. The facility describes itself as a supportive workplace with opportunities for career growth, including a nursing school loan repayment program and the option to pick up PRN shifts at any of eight regional facilities. Compensation is $42–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain required continuing education and licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Nice To Haves
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience is preferred.
- Supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is ideal.
