About The Position

A loving, easygoing family in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced, high-energy, and deeply engaging career nanny for their twin girls. The position is for weekends, 8 AM - 8 PM, with flexibility on which two consecutive days. The ideal candidate will have strong twin experience and a solid understanding of early childhood development. The role is based in a safe, walkable Charleston neighborhood. The family is looking for someone warm, positive, proactive, and a true team player with a can-do attitude. A valid driver's license is required, and a car will be provided for on-duty and personal use. Domestic travel is a possibility, with all expenses covered, and the family has homes on Kiawah Island and Palmetto Bluff. Comfort with two friendly golden retrievers is important. Strong cooking skills are a bonus, though the family often orders in.

Requirements

BA/BS college degree, AA in related field of study, or a minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience
Up-to-date First-Aid & CPR certification (willingness to renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment (unless applying for a temporary position)
Passion for working with children
5+ years of childcare experience in any field
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. Driver's license
Competent swimmer (if and when required)
Non-smoker
Willingness to sign a no-cell phone driving guarantee
Eligible to work in the U.S.
