About The Position
GPC, formerly known as Gillette Pepsi, is a family-owned, independent distributor of Pepsi and other beverage brands. The Weekend Merchandiser ensures GPC products are stocked and attractively displayed at assigned customer accounts in the La Crosse area. The role involves working every Saturday and Sunday, with shifts approximately 5–8 hours long and a start time of 5 a.m. or 6 a.m., depending on store requirements.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing or possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities
- Stock GPC beverages at assigned customer accounts, replenishing shelves, end caps, displays, and coolers.
- Set up and maintain product displays according to GPC merchandising standards.
- Rotate products using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and customers while representing GPC.
- Provide excellent customer service.
