About The Position
GPC, formerly known as Gillette Pepsi, is a family-owned, independent distributor of Pepsi and other beverages. The Weekend Merchandiser ensures GPC products are stocked and attractively displayed at assigned customer accounts in the Tomah area. The position is part-time and intended for people seeking weekend work and extra income. Work is every Saturday and Sunday, with shifts approximately 5–8 hours long and start times at 5 a.m. or 6 a.m., depending on store requirements.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing or possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Stock GPC beverages at assigned customer accounts, replenishing shelves, end caps, displays, and coolers.
- Set up and maintain product displays according to GPC merchandising standards.
- Rotate products using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
- Build strong relationships with store staff and customers while representing GPC.
- Provide excellent customer service.
