Liberty, MO (Weekend Laundry Attendant)
About The Position
Join our team in Liberty, Missouri, and support Wash, Dry, Fold operations. This role is a weekend opportunity where you will play an integral part in creating a unique laundry experience. You will contribute positively by communicating with management to ensure the best experience for our customers, both in-store and at home. Clean Laundry provides the next generation of laundry facilities and services, offering a clean, comfortable, and convenient alternative to traditional laundromats. Our services aim to save communities time by being faster, cleaner, and more friendly than local competitors. We operate a "Green" store to reduce the use of water, gas, and electricity.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work unsupervised – self motivated
- High attention to detail
- Individual to help create a comfortable environment where the customers feel welcomed
- Individual committed to accelerating the growth of the company
- Customer focused - Customers are well cared for and responded to quickly
- Individual who is willing to learn and support customers with technology
- Must be 18 years of age for employment with Clean Laundry
- Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check
Nice To Haves
- Laundry service or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience to guests
- Build relationships and rapport with those in the store
- Support daily operational needs including ordering supplies, cleaning and maintenance, restocking and more
- Support facility maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
