About The Position
Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare 5-Star rated agency committed to exceptional care, ethical practice, and its Core Values of CAPLICO. They are seeking a Weekend Start-of-Care (SOC) Admissions RN to support their growing Home Health team in Snohomish County. This is a PRN (as needed) position with compensation based on completed SOCs and a stipend if no SOC is assigned. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and high-quality patient care within a supportive, inclusive team culture with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Current WA RN license
- At least 1 year experience in a Home Health agency as an RN
- Working knowledge of OASIS
- Current AHA BLS
- Strong assessment and independent practice skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Complete weekend Start-of-Care admissions
- Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
- Establish the initial Plan of Care
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
