About The Position

Help at Home is hiring part-time Weekend Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in their homes. The role helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life through personal care, household assistance, companionship, errands, and support with daily activities in accordance with individual care plans. Shifts are scheduled on weekends, primarily during the day, with some overnight opportunities based on client needs. No previous caregiving experience is required; paid training is provided. The role is described as suitable for people seeking supplemental income, students, or those with weekday commitments.

Requirements

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete required company and state training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.

• CNA certification; CNA-certified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Support clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans.
