About The Position

Help at Home is hiring part-time Weekend Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one assistance to seniors and adults in their homes. The role supports clients’ independence and quality of life through personal care, household assistance, companionship, errands, and help with daily activities in accordance with individual care plans. The position offers scheduled weekend hours, primarily daytime shifts, and some overnight opportunities based on client needs. No previous caregiving experience is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $13 per hour. Eligible new hires may qualify for a $1,000 milestone bonus, subject to the stated conditions. Eligible employees may also qualify for healthcare coverage, paid time off, and additional incentive programs.

Requirements

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete required company and state training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Support clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans.
