About The Position

Help at Home is hiring part-time Weekend Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in their homes. The role helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life. It offers scheduled weekend hours, primarily daytime shifts, and some overnight opportunities based on client needs, while keeping weekdays free. No previous caregiving experience is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $13 per hour. Eligible new hires may qualify for a $1,000 milestone bonus paid in eight installments after completing 1,000 hours of work within 18 months, subject to the stated eligibility requirements. Eligible employees may also qualify for healthcare coverage, paid time off, and additional incentive programs.

Requirements

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willingness to complete required company and state training.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Support clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans.
