Join a locally owned Great Clips salon as a stylist or barber working weekend-only shifts. Great Clips salons are typically busiest Friday through Sunday, offering a steady flow of customers and opportunities to earn tips in a high-energy, team-oriented salon. The salon provides customers through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so there is no need to build a clientele, self-market, or manage appointments. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule with dependable retail hours and the possibility of picking up additional shifts as availability permits. Great Clips provides training, technical coaching, and ongoing development, including through Great Clips University. Salon schedules and employee offerings vary by location; medical benefits and paid time off may be available depending on the location and hours worked. All Great Clips salons are independently owned and operated by franchisees, who are responsible for hiring and personnel matters.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License; requirements vary by state or province.
