About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, working weekend hours in a busy, supportive, team-oriented salon. Saturday or Sunday shifts are available from 9 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–6 PM. The role offers steady customer traffic, opportunities to earn tips, and a flexible part-time schedule with dependable retail hours; additional shifts may be available depending on the salon. Stylists provide haircuts and customer service without needing to bring their own clientele, self-market, manage appointments, pay booth rent, or compete for walk-ins. Great Clips provides skill training, one-on-one technical coaching, and ongoing development through Great Clips University. Salon technology, including Online Check-In and the Great Clips app, helps with salon operations so stylists can focus on haircuts. Great Clips is the world's largest salon brand, with more than 4,400 locally owned and operated salons across the U.S. and Canada. Individual salons are independently owned and operated by franchisees, who are responsible for hiring and personnel matters.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology or Barber License; requirements vary by state or province.
A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best.
