About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon as a part-time weekend stylist. Salons are typically busiest Friday through Sunday, offering a steady flow of customers, opportunities to earn tips, and a high-energy, supportive team environment. Stylists provide haircuts and help customers look and feel their best. Customers come through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so stylists do not need to bring their own clientele, self-market, or manage appointments.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with dependable retail hours and the possibility of picking up additional shifts, depending on salon availability. Stylists receive a reliable hourly wage plus tips, and may have access to bonuses. Training, technical coaching, and ongoing development are available, including through Great Clips University. Medical benefits and paid time off may be available at certain locations and may depend on hours worked.

Great Clips salons are independently owned and operated by third-party franchisees, who are responsible for hiring and personnel matters at their individual salons.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology or barber license; requirements vary by state or province.
