We are seeking a Part-Time RN Weekend Supervisor to help lead our clinical team and ensure outstanding care for our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Requirements

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina required
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Valid State license.

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate nursing care and clinical services for residents and patients
Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards of care
Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight
Promote positive communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff
Respond quickly and effectively to resident and staff needs
Supervises nursing staff and others with appropriate supervisory training in accordance with scope of practice as defined by the state.
Adheres to and oversees communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of such information.
Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.
