About The Position
360 SHS, a family-owned business, is seeking a caregiver to provide compassionate care and support to clients as the front-line representative of the company. Caregivers help ease clients’ burdens and demonstrate the company’s commitment to compassionate service. The role is part of a caring, family-oriented team.
Requirements
- Take pride in providing high-quality care.
- Be compassionate, patient, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be flexible to work various shifts as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare or in-home care environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Help with meal preparation.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
