Weekday Lunch Crew
About The Position
Capriotti’s is hiring dependable team members for our weekday lunch shift. This is a consistent daytime position with no late nights or closing shifts. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the option to choose three, four, or five consistent weekdays, offering approximately 15-25 guaranteed hours per week. Compensation includes $16.50 per hour plus tips, paid training, a free employee meal during each shift, employee discounts, and referral and retention bonuses. No previous restaurant experience is required. We will train someone who is dependable, friendly, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced lunch environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and catering orders
- Make sandwiches according to Capriotti’s standards
- Assist guests at the register
- Stock and organize the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Help the team through the lunch rush
