About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking a positive, people-oriented Wedding Sales & Coordinator to drive sales and coordinate weddings and events. The role involves guiding couples from the initial sale through event execution, meeting sales goals, building client relationships, and helping deliver seamless, memorable experiences. The position is based on location in Norcross, Georgia, and is full-time and benefits eligible. Pay is $26.00–$28.00 per hour, with a quarterly bonus of $2,500. The position requires regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Shifts may exceed eight hours, and workweeks may exceed 40 hours. Physical tasks may include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet setup and teardown.

Requirements

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.
Outstanding verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for sales, weddings, and the hospitality industry.
Willingness to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including shifts longer than eight hours and workweeks longer than 40 hours.
Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet setup and teardown.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of catering sales, event sales, or hospitality experience.
A college degree.
