About The Position

Our CCSA position is an entry-level role designed to equip individuals with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the wedding industry. This role serves as a stepping stone for career growth within the company, with the potential to advance to a Catering Sales Manager position. The CCSA will learn the fundamentals of event management and wedding planning, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of event execution and administration.

  • College degree or equivalent hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all event logistics, including setup, team management, and guest sendoff.
  • Master banquet operations, including serving and banquet captaining.
  • Coordinate wedding details and ensure smooth execution on the event day.
  • Take charge of rehearsal coordination and decor setup.
  • Perform day-of wedding planning to ensure perfection.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as creating floor plans and communicating with vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (planning, sales, event staff) and external vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.
