About The Position

Seeking a Dynamic Website Performance Analyst to Drive Client Success! Are you passionate about turning complex digital marketing data into actionable growth strategies? As a Data Analyst specializing in Web & Marketing Analytics, you will play a key role in optimizing client performance across websites, e-commerce platforms, and paid media channels. In this role, you will audit performance data, build intuitive client dashboards, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations that improve conversion rates, refine user journeys, and maximize campaign ROI. Working collaboratively across our marketing, media, development, SEO, and strategy teams, you will turn multi-channel data into compelling stories that guide smart, strategic decisions for our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience) with 1-2 years of dedicated web and marketing analytics experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards using Looker Studio / Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Whatgraph, Funnel.io or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and experience using data connectors (e.g., Supermetrics, Fivetran, Whatgraph, Funnel.io).
  • Familiarity with paid media ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and CRMs/Marketing Automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical mindset, sharp problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate data-driven stories to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and blend performance data from web analytics platforms, social media ad managers, marketing automation systems, and CRM solutions.
  • Analyze web traffic patterns, user behavior, conversion funnels, and paid marketing performance to surface actionable recommendations that optimize client ROI.
  • Implement, audit, and maintain tracking pixels and event tagging setups using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate conversion tracking across digital properties.
  • Build, maintain, and automate interactive client dashboards that clearly communicate marketing performance and business impact.
  • Assist strategy teams in setting up, monitoring, and evaluating A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
  • Translate technical data into clear, visually compelling stories and presentations for both internal account teams and external clients.
