Requirements

2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Performance Analytics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to move from data to clear business conclusions and recommendations.
Confident experience working with BI tools, ideally Tableau.
Ability to independently extract, validate, structure, and analyze data for business needs.
Good understanding of business and product metrics and their interdependencies.
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to management and business stakeholders.
Strong ownership and initiative: willingness to go beyond reporting and actively contribute to business results.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage several analytical tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and product performance across assigned regions.
Monitor key business and product metrics and identify problems, trends, and growth opportunities.
Independently conduct analysis, decompose results, and formulate clear, actionable conclusions.
Work closely with management, present analytical findings, and discuss key business insights.
Translate data into practical recommendations and next steps for the business.
Track implementation of agreed actions and assess their impact on business results.
Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards in Tableau.
Work with available data sources to investigate business questions and validate hypotheses.
Continuously improve analytical approaches, reporting, and understanding of business drivers.
Develop a deep understanding of the business model, product, key metrics, and factors influencing business performance.
