Haley Automotive Group is seeking a highly analytical, strategic thinker to serve as the driving force behind digital marketing performance and customer experience optimization. This role acts as the strategic and analytical engine of the digital marketing function, partnering closely with leadership to shape direction, uncover insights, and guide execution across all digital channels. This position is responsible for developing strategies across SEM, SEO, website experience, and analytics while serving as the primary architect of data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this role will serve as the internal champion of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), helping define how customer data is structured, activated, and leveraged to improve personalization and performance. This is not a people management role but requires strong leadership through influence, deep expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities that improve both marketing performance and the digital customer journey.
