About The Position

The Website Content Maintenance Associate supports the accuracy, consistency, and performance of the Forvis Mazars website. The role maintains website content in the content management system and partners with web design and development, email, social media, SEO, and digital marketing teams. Content includes sector and service pages, thought leadership, client testimonials, events, webinars, and other webpages. The associate applies brand and quality standards, manages requests and assignments, and creates Google Analytics reports for defined digital campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of technical SEO and foundational digital marketing practices.
Ability to gather requirements and review webpage content and formatting for accuracy and consistency.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience using Workfront or a comparable work management system.
Experience using AI-assisted tools in digital marketing workflows and validating outputs.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain website content using the content management system, HTML, and CSS.
Perform quality assurance reviews of content accuracy, formatting, links, style, and brand consistency.
Review and prioritize requests, confirm requirements with internal stakeholders, and track assignments in Workfront.
Coordinate website updates with web design and development, email, social media, SEO, and digital marketing teams.
Create Google Analytics reports for defined digital campaigns.
Manage multiple assignments and communicate status, dependencies, and deadlines.
Use AI-assisted tools to support digital marketing workflows while verifying accuracy and adherence to standards.
