•$80,000 - $85,000•Remote

About The Position

Threshold Brands is hiring a Website & Analytics Manager to own the websites and analytics for its franchise brands, including hundreds of local office pages. The role maintains accurate and functional pages, monitors site and analytics issues, project manages website launches, and ensures tracking produces reliable data for franchise owners and internal teams. The websites use a managed multi-location CMS; the role is not a developer position. The manager owns the day-to-day relationship with the web agency, which handles code and site builds, and coordinates with the technology team on forms and CRM connections. The role identifies problems, documents evidence and requests for the appropriate team, and verifies fixes. The position is AI-first: it uses AI tools to audit pages, investigate issues, draft updates and requests, and create documentation, while validating results before anything is published or shared. Responsibilities include website quality and monitoring, CMS updates and launches, consistent standards across brands, agency and vendor coordination, conversion improvements, and management of GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking quality, integrations, and third-party scripts. The role also explains data to franchisees and colleagues and documents recurring processes and fixes. Threshold Brands is a multi-brand franchisor supporting more than 400 franchise locations across North America. The company is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, and describes its workplace as fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative, learning-oriented, and committed to work-life balance. The stated wage range is $80,000–$85,000.
